• Design, develop, and execute automated tests for Amazon Connect call flows and IVR systems using Cyara.
• Validate the performance and functionality of contact center solutions, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Manage test cases, plans, and suites within QTest, meticulously track defects, and provide comprehensive quality metrics reports.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate testing into the CI/CD pipeline.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong emphasis on automation.
• Hands-on experience testing Amazon Connect and IVR systems.
• Proven expertise in utilizing Cyara for automated contact center testing.
• Proficiency in QTest for test case and defect management.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with API testing and CI/CD integration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with additional automation tools and frameworks.
• Knowledge of broader AWS services.
• Certifications in software testing or QA.

Compensation: $70 - $75 per hour.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong emphasis on automation.
• Proven experience designing, developing, and executing automated tests for Amazon Connect call flows and IVR systems.
• Hands-on expertise with Cyara for automated contact center testing.
• Demonstrated proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Experience using QTest for test case and defect management.
• Familiarity with API testing and CI/CD integration principles.

• Relevant certifications in software testing or QA.
