Senior Developer - GenAI

CI&T is seeking a talented and passionate Senior Developer to join our team specializing in Generative AI (GenAI).

About the Role:

As a Senior Developer, you will play a key role in developing innovative solutions leveraging GenAI technologies within the AWS ecosystem. You will be responsible for executing proof-of-concepts, building backend applications, and working with diverse data formats. This role requires a self-starter with a creative mindset and a strong desire to explore the cutting edge of AI.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop innovative solutions utilizing GenAI tools and frameworks on the AWS platform.
• Build robust backend applications and work with various data structures.
• Conduct research and experimentation with GenAI models, including LLMs, prompt engineering, context engineering, RAG architecture, vector databases, and agents.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable deployments.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with GenAI technologies, including LLMs, prompt engineering, context engineering, RAG architecture, vector databases, and agents.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience developing in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with Docker and automation tools for development and deployment workflows.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, particularly Amazon Bedrock.

Qualifications

Required:

• GenAI Expertise: Proven experience with Generative AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, context engineering, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, vector databases, and agents.
• Python Proficiency: Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in backend development and data manipulation across various formats.
• Cloud Development: Familiarity with cloud development environments, specifically AWS, including Amazon Bedrock.

• DevOps Practices: Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools, adhering to best practices for development and deployment.

• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate within a team environment.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries.
• Contributions to open-source projects related to GenAI.

Technical Development

• Design, develop, and implement innovative solutions leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) technologies within the AWS ecosystem.
• Build robust backend applications, handling diverse data formats and ensuring efficient data processing.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, utilizing Docker and automation tools to streamline deployment processes.

GenAI Expertise

• Conduct proof-of-concept projects exploring the potential of GenAI models, including LLMs, prompt engineering, context engineering, RAG architectures, vector databases, and agents.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in GenAI, evaluating and integrating emerging technologies into CI&T's solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for applying GenAI to enhance existing products and services.
