About the Role
We are seeking a talented and passionate Web Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our website and landing pages, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality. You will work closely with the development team and conduct regular website audits to identify and address usability and performance issues.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a UI/UX developer.
- Proven experience with Statamic, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Figma.
- Familiarity with HTTP-based APIs and Git for version control.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Qualifications
Required:
- Proven Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a UI/UX developer, demonstrably building and maintaining websites and landing pages.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with Statamic CMS and Figma is essential.
- API & Version Control: Familiarity with HTTP-based APIs and Git for version control.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, enabling effective collaboration within a remote team.
Preferred:
- Experience with responsive design and accessibility best practices.
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js.
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain MailerLite's website and landing pages, ensuring a consistent and user-friendly experience across all platforms.
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to implement new features and functionalities, adhering to established design guidelines and best practices.
- Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve usability, performance, and accessibility issues, contributing to a seamless user journey.
- Optimize website code for speed and efficiency, ensuring fast loading times and a positive user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web development technologies and trends, incorporating best practices and innovations into website development.
