Your Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be a key driver of Telgorithm's growth. You'll engage with potential customers, sparking conversations and qualifying leads to fuel our sales pipeline. This is not a volume-based role; we prioritize quality and impact. You'll leverage research, personalization, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to connect with high-value accounts and book impactful discovery calls.
What You'll Do
- Conduct thorough research to identify and target key decision-makers within high-value accounts.
- Craft compelling outreach messages that resonate with prospects and demonstrate Telgorithm's value proposition.
- Utilize a consultative approach to understand customer needs and position Telgorithm's solutions effectively.
- Manage and track your pipeline within our CRM, ensuring accurate data and insightful reporting.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in a sales development or lead generation role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong research and analytical abilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and CRM tools.
- Passion for technology and a desire to learn about the 10DLC messaging landscape.
Qualifications
- Proven Sales Development Experience: 1+ year of experience in a similar role, preferably in SaaS or technology.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
- Research and Prospecting Prowess: Demonstrated ability to identify and qualify leads through research and outreach.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to manage contacts, track interactions, and analyze data.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Familiarity: Understanding of ABM principles and strategies for targeting high-value accounts.
- Metrics-Driven Mindset: Ability to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies based on data.
- Team Player: Collaborative spirit and willingness to work effectively within a team environment.
Daily Activities
- Identify and qualify potential customers through research and targeted outreach.
- Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies using various channels (email, phone, social media).
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls with qualified prospects to understand their needs and present Telgorithm's solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and opportunities within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on target accounts and messaging.
Performance Objectives
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly quotas for qualified leads and discovery calls booked.
- Contribute to the growth of the sales pipeline by identifying and nurturing high-value accounts.
- Develop a deep understanding of Telgorithm's products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to refine outreach strategies.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Selection Process
