Responsibilities:
- Onboard new customers, providing a seamless and personalized experience.
- Coach customers on effective product usage and Voxy methodology.
- Build strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and retention.
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers to identify upsell and expansion opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather customer feedback and drive product improvements.
- Prepare reports and business reviews to track program performance and identify areas for growth.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as customer success, account management, or strategic consulting.
- Fluency in English, with Spanish a plus.
- Proven project management skills, problem-solving abilities, and negotiation expertise.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets and software like Salesforce and Zendesk.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, and diplomacy.

- 3+ years of proven experience in customer-facing roles such as customer success, account management, or strategic consulting.

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Analyst at Voxy Inc., you will:
