The Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Executive Operations Assistant to join our growing team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth running of our daily operations and supporting our executive team.

Responsibilities:

  • Streamline client communication and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain and optimize complex databases and workflows using tools like Notion, Zoom, Otter, and Slack.
  • Develop and implement efficient business processes and systems.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive starting salary of $13/hour with rapid progression opportunities up to $25/hour.

Operational Support

Systems & Process Management

  • Develop and implement efficient business processes and systems to optimize workflow.
  • Maintain and manage complex databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.

Executive Support

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including scheduling, correspondence, and project management.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively address them, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Selection Process
