Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Revenue Operations Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in optimizing our sales processes, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the smooth operation of our CRM system.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain our CRM system (Boostr), ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
- Analyze sales data to segment accounts, prioritize leads, optimize the sales pipeline, and build insightful reports.
- Streamline sales operations by automating processes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop sales enablement tools and messaging.
- Lead strategic projects, such as developing a nationwide DMO database and designing territory plans.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CRM Administration.
- Deep understanding of CRM systems, pipeline forecasting, reporting tools, and sales enablement best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.
Compensation:
$80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CRM Administration.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing CRM systems (Boostr experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of pipeline forecasting, reporting tools, and sales enablement best practices.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Preferred:
- Experience with sales automation tools and marketing automation platforms.
- Familiarity with DMO databases and territory planning methodologies.
- Experience in the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Management & Analysis:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of AFAR's CRM system (Boostr), ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, segment accounts, and prioritize sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive sales reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and inform strategic decision-making.
Sales Operations & Enablement:
- Streamline and automate sales processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with Marketing to create and implement sales enablement tools and materials.
- Develop and maintain sales playbooks, training materials, and other resources to support the sales team.
Strategic Initiatives:
- Lead strategic projects, such as developing a nationwide DMO database and designing territory plans.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales performance and contribute to the overall growth of AFAR.
