Your Role:

As a Senior SEO Analyst, you'll be a key player in developing and executing cutting-edge SEO strategies for our diverse clientele. You'll leverage your expertise in traditional SEO techniques alongside AI-powered tools to drive organic growth and achieve measurable results.

Responsibilities:

• Craft and implement comprehensive SEO roadmaps for client campaigns across Google and AI-powered platforms.
• Conduct in-depth site and GMB audits, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
• Optimize on-page elements, oversee AI-optimized content creation, and lead strategic backlink acquisition campaigns.
• Monitor rankings and deliver clear, data-driven performance reports to clients.
• Serve as the primary SEO advisor for assigned accounts, collaborating effectively with internal teams.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven SEO experience in an agency or in-house setting.
• Demonstrated success in planning and executing SEO campaigns across various industries.
• Strong understanding of on-page & technical SEO, local SEO & GMB optimization, content-driven SEO, and backlink building & digital PR.
• Familiarity with AI-driven search discovery tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.) is a plus.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, and GA4.
• Excellent client communication skills and strong project management abilities.

Compensation:

$2,500 - $3,500 USD per month (based on experience) + performance incentives and profit sharing.

• Proven Track Record: 5+ years of demonstrable experience in SEO, either in an agency or in-house setting.
• Campaign Expertise: A history of successfully planning and executing SEO campaigns across diverse industries.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of on-page & technical SEO, local SEO & GMB optimization, content-driven SEO, and backlink building & digital PR strategies.
• AI Familiarity: Experience with AI-driven search discovery tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.) is a significant advantage.
• Tool Mastery: Proficiency in industry-standard SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics 4.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent client-facing communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams.

Technical SEO Expertise

• Conduct in-depth website and Google My Business audits to pinpoint technical SEO issues and growth opportunities.
• Implement on-page optimization strategies to enhance website crawlability and user experience.
• Oversee the creation of AI-optimized content that aligns with search intent and target keywords.

Strategic Campaign Management

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO roadmaps for client campaigns across Google and AI-powered platforms.
• Lead backlink acquisition strategies, including outreach and content marketing initiatives.
• Track keyword rankings, website traffic, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

Client Collaboration & Reporting

• Deliver clear, concise, and actionable performance reports to clients, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing expert SEO guidance and support.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including content creators, developers, and account managers.
