About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing Lead to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, audience growth, and revenue generation across all channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Track and report on key marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in the technology or financial industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- 7+ years of proven experience in marketing, with a strong focus on B2B and SaaS.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of the digital asset space and its key stakeholders.
- Experience managing and optimizing marketing budgets and campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., digital, social media, email, events).
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to track and measure marketing performance.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with The Block's business objectives and growth targets.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
Content & Communications:
- Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content across various channels, including website, blog, social media, email, and events.
- Manage brand messaging and ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Develop and implement thought leadership initiatives to establish The Block as a trusted authority in the digital asset space.
Audience Engagement & Growth:
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, industry partners, and media outlets.
- Implement strategies to expand The Block's audience reach and engagement.
- Manage online communities and foster a vibrant ecosystem around The Block's brand.
Team Management & Collaboration:
- Lead and motivate a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Work closely with internal teams, including editorial, research, and product development, to ensure alignment and synergy.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.
