What You'll Do:

• Dive deep into large datasets to uncover strategic insights and inform product development.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Superset, Metabase, Looker, or Tableau.

Qualifications

Required:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science) or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in data analysis, strategy, or research roles within the technology, fintech, or cryptocurrency industries.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python, including data manipulation, analysis, and visualization libraries.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Superset, Metabase, Looker, or Tableau.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.

Preferred:

• Experience working with blockchain data and decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols.
• Familiarity with statistical modeling and machine learning techniques.
• Experience in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to validator performance, user behavior, and protocol health.
• Conduct in-depth analyses to understand network economics, user incentives, and staking flows, providing actionable insights to inform product development and growth strategies.

Model Development & Research

• Design and implement statistical models to forecast network growth, user engagement, and potential risks.
• Conduct research on emerging trends and technologies in the DeFi space, evaluating their potential impact on P2P.org's operations and strategy.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations and drive data-driven decision making.

Communication & Collaboration

• Effectively communicate complex data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences through clear and concise presentations, reports, and visualizations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, marketing, and operations, to ensure data-driven insights are integrated into all aspects of the business.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging data analysis techniques, continuously seeking opportunities to improve data quality and analytical capabilities.
