Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Accounts Sales Representative (SASR) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding strategic relationships with integrated delivery networks (IDNs), serving as a trusted partner to key stakeholders, and driving the adoption of PROCEPT's cutting-edge surgical robotics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and manage strong relationships with key decision-makers within IDNs, including physicians and hospital executives.
  • Align PROCEPT's offerings with the specific needs and goals of each account, ensuring seamless post-sale integration and utilization optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic sales plans, driving awareness, trial, and adoption of PROCEPT's products within target accounts.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of PROCEPT's technology and demonstrate its clinical and economic benefits to potential customers.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline progress, and account performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of proven experience in medical device/capital sales, healthcare consulting, or physician practice development.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic relationships with key healthcare stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 75%.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive base salary of $120,000 per year.
  • Eligibility for variable compensation through incentive plans and equity compensation.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field is required.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 8 years of proven success in medical device/capital sales, healthcare consulting, or physician practice development is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and expanding strategic relationships with integrated delivery networks (IDNs) is highly preferred.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are crucial for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills are necessary for effectively managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to think independently, solve problems creatively, and make sound business decisions.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time is essential for this role.

Strategic Account Management

  • Cultivate and expand relationships with key decision-makers within integrated delivery networks (IDNs).
  • Act as a strategic advisor, understanding customer needs and aligning PROCEPT's solutions accordingly.
  • Oversee post-sale integration, ensuring optimal product utilization and contract adherence within assigned accounts.

Physician and Executive Engagement

  • Develop strong relationships with physicians and hospital executives, promoting PROCEPT's products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate product trials and drive adoption within target accounts.

Sales and Business Development

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned accounts, contributing to overall company revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing IDN relationships.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape, adapting sales strategies as needed.

Selection Process
