The Opportunity:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced HR Generalist to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide front-line HR support, ensuring accurate data management, compliance, and documentation. You will partner with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to deliver scalable solutions and contribute to a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Assist with compliance-related tasks, HR reporting, and benefits administration.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and optimize manual processes.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and CoEs to implement HR initiatives and programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience with HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now or Workday experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary range: $80,000 - $95,000 per year.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations is required.
  • Prior exposure to HR compliance programs and/or HR Business Partner (HRBP) initiatives is preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Proven experience working with HRIS systems is essential. Experience with ADP Workforce Now or Workday is a plus.

Other Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Day-to-Day Activities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to implement HR initiatives and programs.
  • Assist with the administration of benefits programs, including enrollment, open enrollment, and leave management.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and workflows through automation and technology.
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the HR department.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and trends in HR technology and operations.

Selection Process

Finalists are then invited for an in-person interview with key stakeholders, including the HRBP and potential team members. This stage allows for a comprehensive evaluation of their qualifications and potential contributions to the team.
