Licensed Therapist - Full-Time, Remote

Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Therapist to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide outpatient mental health services to clients remotely, utilizing our telehealth platform.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions via video conferencing.
- Collaborate with clients to establish goals and monitor progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within our electronic health record system.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
- Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of practice.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Fluency in English; Spanish fluency is preferred and additional compensation is offered.
- Strong understanding of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis.
- Experience working collaboratively with clients to achieve therapeutic goals.
- Proficiency with telehealth software and video communication tools.

Qualifications
Education & Licensure:
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) or a related field required.
- Active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of practice.
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum of [Number] years of experience providing individual and/or couples therapy in a clinical setting.
- Demonstrated proficiency in conducting comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of ethical principles and best practices in mental health care.
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and technology tools.
Language:
- Fluency in English required.
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred and will be compensated at a higher rate.
Clinical Services
- Deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth to clients across the United States.
- Conduct thorough assessments to understand client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and facilitate client engagement in achieving their therapeutic goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress within the electronic health record system.
Collaboration & Communication
- Collaborate effectively with Brave Health's interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, case managers, and other therapists.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, families, and referring providers.
- Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Selection Process
