Job Description

As a Personalized Internet Assessor, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience for millions of search engine users. You will analyze and provide feedback on a variety of online content, including texts, pages, images, and more, using a specialized online tool. Your insights will help us refine search results, ensuring they are relevant, accurate, and high-quality.

Responsibilities:

• Review and rate search results for relevance and quality.
• Analyze and provide feedback on various online content types.
• Contribute to the improvement of search engine algorithms.

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of current and historical US business, media, sports, news, social media, and cultural affairs.
• Active user of Gmail and other social media platforms.
• Proficiency with web browsers and navigation of diverse online content.
• Reliable access to broadband internet, a smartphone, and a personal computer.

Compensation:

• Estimated hourly earnings: $14 USD per hour.

TELUS Digital Personalized Internet Assessor Selection Process

1. Application Review:

Interested candidates submit their applications through the TELUS Digital AI Community platform. Applications are screened for basic eligibility based on required skills and experience.

2. Online Assessment:

Shortlisted candidates complete a brief online assessment testing their English communication skills, knowledge of US culture and current affairs, and familiarity with web browsing and navigation.

3. Qualification Process:

Candidates who successfully complete the online assessment are invited to participate in a standard qualification process. This may include tasks simulating the role's responsibilities, such as analyzing and rating search results.

4. ID Verification and Language Proficiency:

Upon successful completion of the qualification process, candidates undergo ID verification and a language proficiency test to ensure they meet the required standards.

5. Onboarding:

Selected candidates receive an invitation to join the TELUS Digital AI Community and begin their freelance journey as a Personalized Internet Assessor.
