Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Junior Analyst to join our FinCrime Investigation team on a fixed-term basis. In this role, you will contribute to investigations involving financial crime, utilizing your analytical skills and technical proficiency to uncover and analyze complex financial data.
Responsibilities:
- Assist senior investigators in conducting financial crime investigations.
- Analyze financial transactions and identify suspicious activities.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation summarizing findings.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and regulations in the field of financial crime.
Qualifications:
- Expected graduation year: 2024
- Minimum aggregate of 60% or equivalent CGPA of 6.5 and above
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in any field with a focus on Computer Science or IT, or Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Eligible Degrees and Specializations:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in any discipline with a focus on Computer Science or IT
- Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)

- Applicants should not have applied for any consulting position at Deloitte US – India Offices within the preceding six months.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior investigators in conducting financial crime investigations, including money laundering, fraud, and sanctions violations.
- Analyze large datasets and financial transactions to identify suspicious activities and patterns.
- Prepare investigative reports, summaries, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct due diligence on individuals and entities to assess risk and compliance.
- Stay abreast of emerging financial crime trends and regulatory developments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and technology experts.
- Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of investigative methodologies and tools.
