About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team and expand our reach across new markets. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate individual to contribute to the success of a dynamic company in the exciting world of online marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead prospecting to deal closures with advertising agencies and app developers.
  • Conduct market research, build sales pipelines, and set targets in collaboration with the Customer Success Manager and management team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to identify client needs and growth opportunities.
  • Represent AscendAd at relevant conferences, meetings, and business trips.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or business development within Ad Tech, digital marketing, or related industries.
  • Proven experience in Mobile Apps User Acquisition is a significant advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • "Hunter" mindset with a passion for seeking new business opportunities.
  • Confident communicator capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent English language skills (verbal and written).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Skilled in identifying client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Excellent listening and negotiation abilities.
  • BA/BSc degree.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Experience: 2+ years of proven success in sales or business development within Ad Tech, digital marketing, or related industries.
  • Mobile App Expertise: Significant experience in Mobile Apps User Acquisition is highly advantageous.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to manage a full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Target Driven: A "hunter" mindset with a passion for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Solution Orientation: Skilled in identifying client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc) in a relevant field.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with advertising agencies and app developers.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and strategies.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Identify, qualify, and nurture leads within the advertising agency and app developer landscape. Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and build robust sales pipelines.
  • Sales Execution: Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager (CSM) and management team to set targets and achieve ambitious growth goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that drive value.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and successful execution of sales strategies.
  • Market Representation: Represent AscendAd at industry events, conferences, and meetings, showcasing our solutions and building brand awareness.
