As an AI Driven Engineer Ruby, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining backend applications for KYC processes and banking operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining backend applications for KYC processes and banking operations.
• Preparing and submitting regulatory reports to the Brazilian Central Bank (Bacen).
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive automated test suites.
• Debugging and resolving complex production issues.
• Analyzing customer profiles for risk management and onboarding.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and other engineering teams.
• Mentoring and developing other engineers, contributing to team growth and technical excellence.

What You Need To Succeed

• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails development.
• Strong systems architecture and coding/scripting skills.
• Experience with service-oriented architectures and complex distributed systems at scale.
• Deep understanding of the Brazilian financial ecosystem and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging systems (Kafka).
• Advanced English communication skills.

Qualifications

Required:

• Proven experience in Ruby on Rails development with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
