Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated individual to manage various administrative tasks for our businesses. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage personal assistant tasks for HOLDON NOW INC & WILDER FITNESS EQUIPMENT INC.
- Complete daily online auction payments and other regular online payments (detailed guidelines provided).
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in online payment platforms.
- Reliable internet access and a dedicated workspace.
- Must be currently residing in the United States of America.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $1,000 per week
- $200 Welcome Bonus

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Management: Process online payments for daily auctions and other recurring expenses, adhering to provided guidelines.
- Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Project Coordination: Assist with project management tasks, including tracking progress, setting deadlines, and communicating with stakeholders.
- Research: Conduct online research and gather information as needed for business operations.
Selection Process
