Your Responsibilities
As a Werkstudent in Projektmanagement & Client Service, you will play a key role in bringing our clients' visions to life. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with exciting brands to develop their mobile game experiences.
- Managing, planning, coordinating, and executing client projects.
- Creating presentations, market analyses, and communication materials.
- Organizing workshops, meetings, and industry events.
- Supporting go-to-market activities and campaigns.
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, Communication, or a related field.
- Previous experience in project management, business development, event management, or communication is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills, passion for brands and games, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in German and English (minimum C1 level).

Qualifications
Education:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, Communication, or a related field.
Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in project management, business development, event organization, or communication (e.g., internships, volunteer work, student projects).
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for brands and the gaming industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in German and English (minimum C1 level).
Additional Information:
- Proficiency in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote) is a plus.
- Experience with market research and analysis is beneficial.

Project Management & Client Support
- Assist in the management of client projects, ensuring smooth execution from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate their visions into engaging mobile game experiences.
- Contribute to the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure timely project delivery.
Communication & Client Relations
- Prepare presentations, market analyses, and communication materials for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Organize and facilitate workshops, meetings, and industry events.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates on project progress.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and collaboration.
Selection Process
