What You'll Do:

What You'll Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in business strategy, performance measurement, or analytics within financial services.
• Proficiency in SQL, advanced data analytics, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to link business strategy to marketing KPIs.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field required. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business strategy, performance measurement, or analytics within the financial services industry.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SQL and advanced data analytics techniques.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Quantitative Analysis

• Develop and implement quantitative models to assess risk, pricing, and portfolio performance.
• Conduct statistical analysis and econometric modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within financial markets.
• Design and execute backtesting strategies to evaluate the effectiveness of trading algorithms and investment strategies.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Data Management and Research

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain databases and data pipelines to support quantitative analysis and research efforts.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and methodologies in quantitative finance and data science.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform investment strategies and product development.
