We are seeking motivated and talented Investment Research Associates to join our growing equity research team in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on assigned companies and industries.
• Develop financial models and valuation analyses.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in investment research, banking, accounting, or consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, or accounting preferred.
• Strong quantitative and Excel skills.
• Proficiency in Python or other programming languages is a plus.
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Required:

• 1-5 years of experience in investment research, banking, accounting, or consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, or accounting preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and functions.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on assigned companies and industries, including financial modeling, valuation, and competitive analysis.
• Prepare high-quality research reports, including industry overviews, company profiles, and earnings estimates, adhering to strict deadlines and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain financial models to project company performance and assess investment opportunities.
• Track industry trends, news, and regulatory developments, identifying potential impacts on assigned companies.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and strategists to contribute to the overall research process and share insights.
• Assist in the development of presentations and marketing materials for client meetings and conferences.
• Stay abreast of market developments and competitor activity, providing timely updates to the team.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of research processes and methodologies.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and support other team initiatives as needed.
