Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Growth Marketer to join our team and drive the growth of DeFi projects launching on Arbitrum.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth strategies for DeFi projects on Arbitrum, leveraging both Web2 and Web3 marketing techniques.
- Lead the conceptualization and implementation of Web3 incentive growth campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with community, partnership, and product marketing teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Maintain open communication with external stakeholders, contributing to their go-to-market (GTM) plans.
- Establish best practices and scalable growth programs to achieve impactful results.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in growth management or marketing, ideally within the Web2 and Web3 ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of the DeFi and Web3 landscape.
- Proven ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Experience in community building and engagement.
- Strong go-to-market strategy development skills.

Qualifications
Required:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in growth marketing or a related field, with demonstrable success in both Web2 and Web3 environments.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi protocols, and the broader Web3 ecosystem.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with experience interpreting data to inform marketing strategies and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Community Engagement: Experience in building and engaging online communities, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new products or services.
Preferred:
- Experience working with decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs).
- Familiarity with growth hacking techniques and tools.
- Experience in content creation and marketing for a technical audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies for DeFi projects launching on Arbitrum, leveraging both Web2 and Web3 marketing tactics.
- Conceptualize and lead innovative Web3 incentive programs to drive user acquisition and engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with community, partnership, and product marketing teams to execute comprehensive marketing campaigns.
Stakeholder Management & Communication:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including DeFi projects and developers.
- Actively contribute to the development and execution of their go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication regarding Arbitrum's value proposition and growth initiatives.
Program Development & Optimization:
- Establish best practices and scalable growth programs to maximize impact and drive sustainable user growth.
- Analyze campaign performance data, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on strategies to optimize results.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the DeFi and Web3 space to inform growth initiatives.
Selection Process
Arbitrum Foundation: Growth Marketer Hiring Workflow
1. Application Review: Qualified candidates will be shortlisted based on their resume and cover letter, focusing on relevant experience in growth marketing, Web2/Web3 expertise, and DeFi knowledge.
2. Initial Screening: Shortlisted candidates will participate in a 30-minute phone interview with a member of the team to assess their communication skills, understanding of the role, and enthusiasm for Arbitrum's mission.
3. Technical Assessment: Candidates who successfully complete the initial screening will be invited to complete a technical assessment focused on data analysis, campaign strategy development, and understanding of Web3 marketing techniques.
4. Final Interview: Top candidates will participate in a final interview with the hiring manager and other team members. This interview will delve deeper into their experience, approach to growth marketing, and cultural fit within Arbitrum Foundation.
5. Decision & Offer: The hiring team will review all interview feedback and technical assessment results to make a final decision. The selected candidate will receive a formal offer outlining compensation and benefits.
