Sr. React Developer (Contract Opportunity)

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Sr. React Developer to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. You will play a crucial role in developing, programming, and coding innovative IT solutions using cutting-edge technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement web applications using ReactJS, Redux, D3, and NodeJS.
- Write comprehensive system documentation, participate in unit testing, and ensure the ongoing maintenance of applications.
- Evaluate and test purchased software products, and lead initiatives to implement robust IT controls.
- Provide technical guidance and training to other developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
Required Skills
- Proven proficiency in MERN and MEAN scaffolding tools, ReactJS, NodeJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SASS, and jQuery.
- Hands-on experience with unit testing, release procedures, coding design principles, and documentation protocols.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience developing and maintaining web applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, and related technologies.
- Demonstrated experience with MERN or MEAN stack development and scaffolding tools.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks and methodologies.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Technical Skills:
- Required: ReactJS, NodeJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SASS, jQuery, Redux, D3.js, Git.
- Preferred: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Development & Implementation: Design, develop, and implement innovative web applications using ReactJS, Redux, D3, and NodeJS.
- Code Quality & Maintenance: Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough unit testing and debugging to ensure application stability and functionality.
- Collaboration & Support: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers. Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices. Proactively identify opportunities to improve application performance, scalability, and security.
