Virtual Assistant

About Us:
HOLDON NOW INC & WILDER FITNESS EQUIPMENT INC are seeking a highly organized and motivated Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage communication via email and phone calls, acting as the first point of contact for customers.
- Schedule meetings, arrange travel and accommodations, and manage contact lists.
- Maintain and update customer spreadsheets and online records.
- Conduct market research and prepare reports on findings.
- Assist with creating presentations and provide administrative support to employees.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency with current technologies including desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.
- Strong working knowledge of word-processing software and spreadsheets, particularly MS Office.
- Experience with online calendars and scheduling tools, particularly Google Calendar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- High school diploma required; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus.

Required:

Preferred:
- Additional qualification as an Administrator or Executive Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication Management: Handle incoming emails and phone calls, providing prompt and professional responses. Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries.
- Scheduling & Travel: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members. Manage calendars and ensure timely reminders.
- Administrative Support: Maintain and update contact lists, create and review customer spreadsheets, and manage online records.
- Project Assistance: Conduct market research and prepare reports on findings. Assist with the creation of presentations and other project materials.
- Employee Support: Provide administrative assistance to employees, addressing their queries and requests efficiently.
