Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer, Associate to join our dynamic development team. This is an in-office position requiring on-site presence five days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within agile development teams to integrate quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Design, develop, test, debug, and refine both new and existing software functionalities.
- Interpret user requirements and translate them into efficient code.
- Optimize and troubleshoot front-end and back-end components for enhanced performance.
- Identify and resolve technical issues while contributing to system architecture and design.
- Conduct root cause analysis, review code, and perform unit testing alongside experienced developers.
- Stay informed about industry advancements and evolving software development practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in software development with a deep understanding of application architecture and open-source projects.
- Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), data structures, algorithms, and SQL.
- Proficiency in one or more of the following: .NET/C#, JavaScript and its frameworks, HTML, and CSS.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Flexibility to attend calls during late office hours to align with the US team’s schedule.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in software development.

- 0-2 years of hands-on experience in software development, demonstrating a solid understanding of application architecture and open-source projects.
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, data structures, algorithms, and SQL.
- Familiarity with at least one of the following: .NET/C#, JavaScript and its frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js), HTML, and CSS.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
