About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the product lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and user engagement.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to implement product enhancements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design strategies that address market needs.
• Analyze data and provide insights to inform product decisions.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a top-tier university.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Data-oriented approach with the ability to interpret and communicate insights effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree or ongoing studies in engineering or business.
• Previous internship experience in a product-related role.

Minimum Qualifications:

Product Development Support

• Contribute to the development and refinement of Aspire's product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
• Assist in conducting user research and market analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
• Support the creation of user stories, wireframes, and other product documentation.

Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with engineers and designers to translate product requirements into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure seamless product launches and ongoing support.
• Communicate product updates and changes effectively to internal stakeholders and external partners.

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Gather and analyze product usage data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate product performance and insights to the Product team and other stakeholders.
• Assist in tracking key product metrics and reporting on progress towards goals.
