Job Summary

  • Policy Management: Process changes to customer policies, ensuring accuracy and completeness based on provided information. Identify and communicate relevant cross-selling opportunities.
  • Data Management: Accurately input and maintain customer information in relevant databases.
  • Knowledge & Compliance: Stay current on insurance policies, procedures, and workflows. Maintain a thorough understanding of marketing campaigns to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Documentation & Communication: Manage requests for customer documentation, explaining its purpose and outlining any necessary follow-up actions. Update records accurately and efficiently.
