Business Development Internship at HCL

About the Opportunity

HCL is seeking highly motivated MBA students from the 2024-25 graduating batch for a Business Development Internship. This is a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in various aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, including counseling, candidate engagement, HR operations, and sales support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update candidate databases, ensuring accuracy of eligibility, interests, and exam schedules.
• Proactively reach out to candidates to schedule assessments and interviews.
• Provide support to applicants throughout the document submission process for offer rollouts and assist with loan process requirements.
• Assist with candidate onboarding procedures and scheduling.
• Contribute to the team by completing additional tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

Qualifications

• Education: Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Software Engineer Intern Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in developing and implementing software solutions.
• Write and test code in accordance with established coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Debug and troubleshoot software issues.
• Document code and technical specifications.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
