Wells Fargo Intern Analyst Program - 2025

About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in a comprehensive internship program, including workshops and activities focused on foundational projects.
  • Review and work on assigned tasks to understand relevant policies, procedures, and operational processes, particularly those involving low to medium risk.
  • Develop independent decision-making abilities under the guidance of a manager while learning compliance and risk management practices.
  • Collaborate with peers, supervisors, and stakeholders to address challenges, share insights, and achieve objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months of prior experience gained through professional work, training programs, academic projects, military service, or equivalent exposure.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English for effective communication of technical concepts.
  • Strong analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with modern programming languages such as Java, C#, SQL, or Python.
  • Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
