Responsibilities:

As a Graduate Engineer, you will be involved in a variety of engineering activities, including:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams on engineering studies, design work, simulations, and testing.
• Participating in laboratory assignments or gaining hands-on commissioning experience at international project locations.
• Contributing to a collaborative project with peers from around the globe, culminating in a presentation to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Power Electronics, or Control Engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Familiarity with relevant software tools such as Matlab/Simulink, Creo, Ansys, PSCAD, AutoCAD, or C/C++ is an asset.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Power Electronics, or Control Engineering required.
• Master's degree preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with power systems, power electronics, high-voltage engineering, Matlab/Simulink, Creo, Ansys, PSCAD, AutoCAD, or C/C++ for embedded/real-time applications is an asset.

Other Requirements:

• Must have legal authorization to work in the hiring country. Visa sponsorship or relocation support is not provided.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Engineering Studies and Design

• Participate in engineering studies, design work, simulations, and testing activities across various projects.

• Join a global cohort of graduate engineers to plan, execute, and present a collaborative project to senior leadership.
