About the Role:

As an Associate Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our global product catalog. You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently executing transactional services for internal clients, adhering to all company regulations and guidelines. This includes handling customer inquiries, logging notifications, dispatching engineers, and conducting NPS surveys.

Your Responsibilities:

• Process transactional services in the global product catalog with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain meticulous records and reports of daily, weekly, and monthly activities.
• Proactively resolve pending queries and open topics, demonstrating ownership and accountability.
• Adhere to strict tracking mechanisms for processed transactions.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and demonstrate flexibility by working in shifts and during month-end periods.

• Familiarity with ERP software, particularly SAP, and/or a background in logistics is an asset.

Qualifications

Required:

Preferred:

• Familiarity with ERP software, particularly SAP.
• Experience in a customer service or logistics role.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.

Transactional Services

• Execute transactional services outlined in the global product catalog for internal clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage customer interactions, including call handling, notification logging in the CRM system, engineer dispatching, and productivity hour uploads.
• Close notifications and conduct NPS surveys according to established protocols.

Quality and Efficiency

• Deliver assigned tasks with meticulous attention to detail and within established timeframes.
• Proactively address and resolve pending queries or open topics, demonstrating ownership and accountability.

Reporting and Tracking

• Generate comprehensive reports detailing daily, weekly, and monthly activities as required.
• Maintain strict adherence to tracking mechanisms for all processed transactions.

Flexibility and Adaptability

• Demonstrate flexibility by working in shifts and during peak periods, such as month-end.
