About the Role

Responsibilities

• Contribute to maintaining maximum uptime of LogicMonitor's SaaS platform.
• Manage production deployments and optimize deployment pipelines.
• Implement security best practices to safeguard the production environment.
• Automate infrastructure operations through scripting and coding.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in a Linux environment.
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field.
• Solid understanding of diverse software stacks and application environments.

• Experience leveraging AI tools for efficiency, creativity, and problem-solving.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 1+ years of hands-on experience in a Linux environment, preferably within a DevOps context.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).

Production Support & Optimization

• Monitor and maintain the stability and performance of LogicMonitor's SaaS platform, ensuring maximum uptime.
• Implement and refine processes to enhance infrastructure reliability and minimize downtime.
• Manage production deployments, ensuring smooth and consistent rollouts.

Automation & Infrastructure Management

• Automate infrastructure operations, including maintenance tasks and deployments, through scripting and coding.
• Develop and maintain deployment pipelines for efficiency and consistency.
• Implement security best practices to safeguard the production environment.

Collaboration & Innovation

• Collaborate closely with development teams to influence system design and implement architectural improvements.
• Contribute to the documentation, coding, and testing of new and existing systems.
• Participate in an iterative, agile development framework, planning and prioritizing deliverables.
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships to foster innovation and maintain forward progress.
