Learning Operations Analyst - Deloitte US-India
About the Role
The Learning Operations team at Deloitte US-India provides comprehensive learning administration and backend support to Deloitte member firms globally. As a Learning Operations Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting offshore clients by planning and delivering training programs. Key Responsibilities
- Manage administrative tasks, system updates, and data entry for learning programs.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with stakeholders and team leads.
- Ensure all deliverables meet accuracy, completeness, and timeliness standards.
- Conduct quality reviews before final submissions.
- Effectively prioritize tasks and manage time to meet deadlines.
- Actively participate in team and firm-wide initiatives.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared business goals.
Qualifications
- Graduate/MBA/Post-Graduate degree
- 0-5 years of experience in learning operations or backend support
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, removing duplicates, etc.)
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities
Preferred Skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, Saba Meeting/Centra, etc.)
- Familiarity with case or ticket management systems
- Ability to understand and respond to client requirements effectively

Experience:
- 0-5 years of experience in learning operations or backend support

- Prior exposure to case or ticket management systems
